Classes

Stir studio offers a mix of Pilates styles designed to keep your practice fun, dynamic, and approachable. New students can build confidence with foundational classes that focus on alignment, breath, and core control, while more adventurous movers can explore different formats to keep things exciting. The goal is simple: help you feel stronger, more balanced, and genuinely enjoy the process.

Blend

Reformer Pilates with no restriction on spring levels, exercise progressions and sequencing. An intermediate Pilates class with beginner-friendly modifications and optional progressions. Expect full-body work that changes daily to keep things fun and challenging. A supportive, energizing flow that meets you where you are and helps you grow. You’ll move, sweat, and surprise yourself as each sequence builds in intensity—always with options to level up or dial back. This class is best for those in healthy physical condition who are ready to explore more complex movement patterns while still staying rooted in strong fundamentals.

Cardio Blend

​Cardio Blend is an upbeat reformer class that blends smooth Pilates strength work with energizing cardio bursts. Using the jump board, gliders, and dynamic equipment, you’ll lift your heart rate, build heat, and move through athletic sequences that feel powerful and fun.

Thirty-Four

Elevate the classics with a class that honors Joseph Pilates’ original 34 mat exercises while reimagining them through modern movement and the reformer. This session blends the foundational sequence of contemporary mat work and dynamic reformer variations to build strength, precision, and control. Expect a grounded, method-driven flow that moves seamlessly between mat and machine, deepens your understanding of the original work, and delivers a powerful full-body sculpt rooted in true Pilates principles.

Mindful
Movement

Functional movement with core principals. A  gentle, mindful Pilates‑based class with options to increase challenge by adjusting springs. Expect stretchy, lengthening flows mixed with fundamental movement patterns for a grounded, full‑body workout that meets you where you are.
